As you all fault President Kenyatta for not manifesting the desired utmost government’s commitment in fight coronavirus, Tanzanians have found a darling in him, majority disowning their own Magufuli wishing that Kenyatta was their head of state.
The President recently apologized on behalf of the NPS over the brutality meted on Kenyans on the first day the curfew he sanctioned was being enforced.
Kenyans expressed their anger after police used excessive and irrational force against civilians during the effecting of the directive which was aimed at reducing the transmission of coronavirus. bb
“I apologize to all Kenyans for excesses that happened during the implementation of the curfew. I want to assure you, that if we work together and understand that this problem needs all of us, we will overcome,” President Kenyatta said in a virtual meeting.
Kenyatta’s humility to go down and apologize seemed to have baffled Tanzanians who thought Kenyatta is a true leader and that he is godsent.
